Welcome to DidntBuy ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using DidntBuy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

• "Account" means your personal user account with DidntBuy.
• "Funds" means money deposited into your Account via Stripe.
• "Lock Period" means the duration you select (30, 60, or 90 days) during which your Funds are locked and unavailable.
• "Yield Account" means the secure account where your locked Funds are held and earn interest.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DidntBuy. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and password.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits are made through Stripe. By depositing Funds, you authorize the payment and agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4.2 Yield Account

Your locked Funds are held in a secure Yield Account where they may earn interest. The rate of interest, if any, will be disclosed to you before you lock Funds for any period.

4.3 Locked Funds

Once you lock Funds for your chosen period (30, 60, or 90 days), they become inaccessible until the Lock Period ends. You cannot withdraw, spend, or access locked Funds during this time.

1. Log a skipped purchase into your Account.
2. Deposit the corresponding amount via Stripe.
3. Lock the Funds for your chosen period (30, 60, or 90 days).
4. When the Lock Period ends, the full amount (including any interest earned) is released to you. You are responsible for investing or using this money as you see fit.

DidntBuy does not automatically invest your Funds. We provide the tool; you retain full control of your money and investment decisions.

6.1 No Investment Advice

DidntBuy is a savings and lock tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Any information provided is for educational purposes only. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6.2 No Guarantees

While we strive to keep your Funds secure, DidntBuy makes no guarantee of security, fund preservation, or interest earned. You use the Service at your own risk.

6.3 "As Is" Service

DidntBuy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Account and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account.
• Ensuring your Stripe payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
• Understanding Lock Periods before committing Funds.
• Any investment decisions you make with your released Funds.

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Use the Service on behalf of another person without authorization.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or DidntBuy staff.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

DidntBuy may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, locked Funds will be released to you at the next Lock Period end date, or sooner at DidntBuy's discretion.

DidntBuy is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future. You will be notified of any fee changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of new fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DidntBuy and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DidntBuy from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your investment decisions.

Your use of DidntBuy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

DidntBuy may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you have a dispute with DidntBuy, you agree to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of jurisdiction where DidntBuy operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
